Denn ich denke darum geht es an diesem Tag auch, um die Liebe zu sich selbst. Ach und, Knoblauch ist für mich ein wichtiges Symbol der Liebe…nicht umsonst ist er so rosa-rot, poförmig und erobert das Herz eines jeden Koches!?

Because, to my mind, this day in mainly about loving yourself. Ah and before I forget, garlic to me is the essence of love…I mean, there must be a reason why it has this softly pinkish colour, putt shap and is so indispensable for every true chef!?
